Lifetime Warranty
Aroa offers a Lifetime Warranty on the plating of all our handcrafted jewelry pieces, allowing you to enjoy your jewelry as you desire.
Claim Process
1. Take a photograph of the tarnished item.
2. Send an email to care@aroa.jewelry, including your order number, the photo, and your claim details.
3. Ship the product to our official address: VOORA INCORPORATED, Ground Floor, No. 853/1, SY. 186/2, T-01, Indio Classic Apartment, Graphite India Main Road, Hoodi, Bangalore, Karnataka, India, Pincode – 560048, and provide the courier details along with the AWB number.
Once we receive the product, you will be issued store credit according to the terms outlined below, which will be valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Credit Terms
– 0-3 months: 50% of the invoice value
– 4-12 months: 25% of the invoice value
– After 12 months: 15% of the invoice value
Exclusions from Warranty
– Damage or breakage resulting from normal wear and tear.
– Resizing or alterations performed by third parties.
– Damage to zirconia crystals due to improper handling.
– Loss of crystals or stones from the jewelry.
– Not applicable to luxury or custom handcrafted sets.

Breakage Warranty:
Aroa provides a customer-friendly breakage warranty. In the event of breakage during use, you may claim 15% of the product value as Aroa cash. This cash can be redeemed within six months, at our online store.
