Aroa provides a Lifetime Buy-Back option for all purchases* made within India. To utilize the Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back, you must submit a request online along with your purchase details. The buy-back value will be determined as follows:
For requests made within 0 to 3 months of the purchase date, 50% of the purchase price will be credited to your Aroa account. If the request is submitted between 4 to 12 months after the purchase, 25% of the purchase value will be credited. For requests made after 12 months from the purchase date, 15% of the amount will be credited to your Aroa account.
Please note that the product must be self-shipped to the Aroa office located in Bangalore.
Upon opting for the Lifetime Buy-Back, the final buy-back value will be credited as Aroa Cash in your Aroa account following a Quality Check (QC). This Aroa Cash will be valid for 365 days and can be used for any online purchases with us.
