You are welcome to submit your custom design for manufacturing. At Aroa, we can create any design you provide, depending on the availability of specific stones or accessories included in the design. Please share your design with us to receive a quote.
Shipping
Our online store now offers free 5-7 day shipping for domestic addresses only, regardless of what you order.

At Aroa, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Returns & Exchanges
Once we receive your returned jewelry and it’s inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 5-7 business days. The money will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
