Returns & Refunds Policy

At Aroa, we want you to love your jewelry and gemstones! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our Returns & Refunds policy.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including any certificates or documentation that came with it.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless they are damaged or defective.

Process for Returns

We need the unpacking video to be emailed within 48 hours of receiving the product at support@aroa.jewelry

  • Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with instructions for returning the item. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item to us. 

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the conditions mentioned above, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the cost of return shipping is non-refundable.

Refunds typically take 5-7 business days and  amount will be credited to original mode of payment .
